This home in Woodham Mortimer has actually had more than a new kitchen from us, we have supplied new bathrooms too. Our customers have lived in the property for a number of years and after deciding to extend the house they took the opportunity to redo the kitchen and the bathrooms and have in the process totally transformed their family home.
The kitchen is from our Milano Kitchens by Tec range and is Austin a solid ash painted door finished in ‘mussel’.
The work surface is ‘Bohus Grey’ a granite by Natural Stone and despite the name it is a very warm toned colour and ties in with the floor and the adjoining living area.
Our customer chose to source some of their appliances themselves but we were able to help with a CDA free standing wine cooler, a Neff under canopy extractor and a Neff integrated dishwasher.
This kitchen is packed with clever storage solutions that make the best use of space there is.
Our customers favourite drawer – yes you can have a favourite storage solution in your kitchen it’s allowed – is the cutlery pullout, simply because it is huge and means that there is no excuse for every single piece in your collection not having a spot!
Finally in the kitchen a Shaws white ceramic Belfast sink with an ‘Abode’ Bayenne Pewter Bridge Tap.
Also downstairs is a cloakroom with a Mereway vanity unit, Vado Zoo tap and Utopia toilet.
Mr & Mrs P’s architect actually designed their bathroom layouts we supplied the furniture and fittings. The main bathroom area Betty Steel bath, Merlyn Series 8 shower door, Vado shower, Roper Rhodes toilet, Vado bath set, and Hampton sink unit.
Finally the en suite has a Roper Rhodes unit and Vado shower.
It is hugely satisfying when we are able to supply our customers with a range of products for both their kitchen and bathrooms and a testament to the level of products and service we provide – if we do say so ourselves!
With that in mind this Easter sees some huge changes at Tec with our HQ and trade sales moving to a new much larger premises in Heybridge.
Our building in Maldon will also be undergoing some huge changes over the coming months and we will keep you informed as they happen, in the meantime have a happy Easter and don’t eat too much.
