Operating & Safety Procedures

At Tec-Lifestyle we take the heath, safety and well being of both our Clients and Staff very seriously.  With this at the forefront of our minds we have implemented safety procedures throughout our business operations starting from in-store appointments, through to delivery and installations.


To allow our clients to visit our showrooms safely we are operating on an appointment only basis from the 1st June. This is so we can limit and manage the number of clients visiting at any one time and maintain our implemented safety procedures.


In these unfamiliar times it is our wish that your showroom visit shall still be as enjoyable and stress free as possible. By providing the experience of private appointments we hope to give you the time to explore our showrooms and ranges in detail whilst offering assurances we are operating as safely as possible.


As part of our safety procedures we are carrying out regular cleaning throughout our entire showrooms as well as additional cleaning to specific areas being used. You will be encouraged and offered the opportunity to sanitise you hands upon arrival to our showrooms as well as regularly throughout your visit.  Masks and gloves will also be available should you wish to use them.  Whilst in appointments our staff will keep at least 2 meters from their clients and our consultation desks are now laid out with this in mind.  Due to the generous and spacious nature of our showrooms and our limit on clients within them, you will not find it difficult to maintain and adhere to the 2 meter social distancing government guidelines.


Bathroom | Kitchen | Home Interiors

Design or browsing appointments are available as a Morning appointment between the hours of 9-12am or an Afternoon appointment between 1-4pm. This allows us time to keep our showrooms clean and sanitised and plan for staff breaks.


Design Appointments

Design Appointments will be held with one of our Kitchen, Bathroom or Home Interior Design Consultants depending on your requirements.

 Browsing Appointments

Browsing Appointments are available to view our showrooms prior to booking a design appointment or to make home product purchases. We will do our best to answer any queries during your visit but you may be accompanied by a member of the team who is not a product specialist.

Order Placing

For those who have a previous quotation or a part coded itemised list of products you need for a project we can process orders via telephone and video call communication if you would prefer not to visit.


Deliveries & Collections

For all our existing customers with pending orders please be rest assured we are fulfilling all orders as fast as we can as our suppliers are getting back to normal trading.


We are currently providing a good delivery service but at a slightly reduced capacity.

All our standard curbside one man deliveries will be made contact-less.  Please make sure relevant installers are on site to receive goods and please remain at least 2 meters from our staff at all times.

Where we are providing a 2 man delivery or home installation and need to enter your property we would ask our customers to ensure the property is as vacant as it can be along with giving our teams a safe amount of room to carry out their duties.  Please remain at least 2 meters from any of our staff at all times.



Contact-less collection of goods can be made from our Heybridge and Maldon branch’s depending where your items are located from a collection point in our car parks.  Please phone upon arrival and we will bring your goods out to you.  If you attend an in store design or browsing appointment at our Maldon Showrooms, our home accessory pick up items can be bought and taken home within your visit.
