From the brief we will generate basic floor plans, product specification and also create one set of 3D rendered designs to give our clients an idea of how to best to utilise the space available and a life like look of the finished room.  We also provide an itemised quotation at this point so you can get an idea of budget.  From here after you have reviewed if need be we can tweak until you are happy with the design layout, products choices and most importantly budget.  Once everything has been approved and finalised we project manage through to the completion of the development.   Our after sales team are then on hand for anything needed in the future.

Where a specification has already been created we can simply quote and supply. A dedicated project manager is still assigned for any queries along the way and calling off of product.

VALUE ENGINEERING

Where a project is struggling to come in on a desired budget or the specification isn’t as desired we can review and see if costs or specification can be improved made by substituting product or design choices. This is not about changing to lower specification or unbranded product, it is about using our buying power and branded suppliers to their strengths. Often we have provide a better branded specification and saved money.
