To complement our Kitchens & Bathrooms we can further enhance your development with our beautiful Show Homes. We work closely with clients to create concepts that are design led and desirable whilst satisfying both target market and client budget.
We provide a comprehensive turn key service for our Show home projects with us designing, supplying, installing and styling the property. Our Show Home pricing is individual and dependant on scale and specification of product used. All products are owned by the developer who can either utilise on future projects or the preferred more effective route would be to sell the Show Home fully furnished.
Each of our Show Homes are individual and designed to suit our clients requirements. We create design concepts in the form of vision boards and a quotation listing all products and services included to be signed off by the client.
We collate all items in our warehouse and deliver to your Show Home on the first day of furniture installation. Depending on the scale of the Show Home the installation will be completed within 2-5 days. Wallpaper, curtains & blinds and any wardrobes are installed first before the dressing begins. We arrive with a small team of installers and a project manager who bring the Show Home to life.
The completed Show Home will be left fully styled with all the usual personal touches ready for viewings from your perspective buyers. Upon completion we also take professional photographs which will be available for you to use in marketing material.
